About Us

Gordon May's is a family run cattery awarded 5 stars and the higher standard by North Lincolnshire council/licencing. Our aim is to make your cats' stay with us filled with love and care. We are pet lovers, and when you leave your furry friend with us, we know that you will leave with a smile on your face.

Accommodation

We have larger than average runs with comfortable, centrally heated lodges. Lodges are furnished with beds complete with cosy blankets and a few toys to keep your cats amused.

Health and Hygiene

Each lodge is separated so there is no direct contact between cats from different families. The accommodation is cleaned to a high standard daily and disinfected between bookings. Our system minimizes the possibility of any infections passing between cats, keeping our boarders healthy and contented. All cats must be vaccinated against feline flu and enteritis before boarding, and we must have sight of their vaccination record upon arrival.

Feeding

We normally feed the cats twice daily – morning and evening – but we are happy to feed kittens, older cats, and cats with special needs as often as needed. We supply only premium (branded) wet and dry foods, plus tuna, fish, and chicken as options. Cats are treated as individuals, and we will maintain their usual diet as much as possible. The cost of food for regular diets is included in the boarding charge; however, specialty or prescription foods must be provided.
